Welcome to TheSorcery.in. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and the purchase of products from TheSorcery.in. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

 

2. Products

TheSorcery.in offers fan-inspired pop culture and Gen Z fashion merchandise, including graphic tees and related apparel. All products are sold as displayed on our website and social media channels.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing.

 

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.1 Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service in addition to ours. We may also accept payments via QR code or other methods as notified on our platform.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of delivery until the order is dispatched.

 

4. Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum order value required.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

TheSorcery.in is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners once the order has been dispatched. In case of significant delays, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

 

5. Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we are here to help.

5.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect, incorrect size, printing error, or finishing issue.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, which must be intact and undamaged. We request that you retain and return the original ziplock or product packaging in good condition to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Tags, if applicable, must still be attached.

5.2 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The return request is raised after 5 days of delivery.
  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, or misuse.
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged beyond reasonable condition.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us within 5 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp (details in Section 8). Share your order details and photographs of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with next steps.

5.4 Return Shipping

TheSorcery.in will bear the cost of return shipping for all valid return requests. We will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process upon approval.

5.5 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All original creative content on TheSorcery.in — including our brand name, logo, tagline, website design, and original artwork — is the intellectual property of TheSorcery.in and is protected under applicable Indian law.

Our fan-inspired designs pay tribute to popular culture and are created in the spirit of fan expression. TheSorcery.in does not claim ownership over the intellectual property of the respective franchise holders, including but not limited to Marvel, Naruto, and Doctor Who.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from TheSorcery.in without prior written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

TheSorcery.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, product variations, or third-party payment or courier issues.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

 

8. Dispute Resolution
