Refund & Returns

Overview

At The Sorcery, we stand by the quality of our pieces.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept return or exchange requests within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
All requests must be supported with clear photos of the product and issue.


Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item
• You have a size issue (exchange subject to availability)

Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.


Eligibility Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Tags and original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect


Shipping

• Return shipping charges are non-refundable
• If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost


The Sorcery reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
