At The Sorcery, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not qualify for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider or bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
